Texting While Driving Still Kills, But It?s on the (Slight) Decline
Look around on an average day, and distracted driving ? especially as it relates to cellphone use and texting while driving ? might seem to be more common than ever. In reality, however, the frequency of drivers using cellphones or texting may be declining.
