Kate Gosselin's Breasts: "These Breasts Are All Mine"
Kate Gosselin's appearance in a bikini has some questioning whether she has breast implants in addition to the tummy tuck she admitted to having. According to RadarOnline.com, Kate has responded to questions regarding breast implants with:"These breasts are all mine."So does she have breast implants? I think so. It is unusual for a woman to have given birth to eight children, undergone a tummy tuck, and slimmed down to a tiny size, yet still retain natural, perky, firm, round, and large breasts. Usually when the tummy droops, so do the breasts, although often to a lesser extent. Newsflash to readers and commenters: you have an IP address! I know it's hard to wrap your head around, but it's a special little number that sort of vaguely identifies your point of origin when you visit a website. When you comment, your IP address is saved with the comment, and the website's administrator (hey, that's me!) can get a general idea of where the comment came from. If you happen to be writing from the office of a US Senator, it might say something like: "ISP: US Senate." Uh-oh, Senate staffers... that means you!

Lauren Conrad "So Excited" For Reality TV Return
Deciding to return to the place that launched her to stardom, Lauren Conrad has confirmed plans to get back to reality television with MTV.
Asked whether the rumors of a new documentary style show following her designer life were true, the former "Hills" star told Ryan Seacrest, "It'd be safe to say [yes] . . . It would follow my career, set in L.A."
Unwilling to confirm the news 100% at the time, Miss Conrad added, "Just under different circumstances [I would return to reality TV]. As long as you have a separation, then it works. You have your personal life and you have work life; when it's combined, it's difficult."
Once MTV made the announcement official, LC told Hollywood Reporter, "I'm so excited to take on this new project that really focuses on my true passion. I'm happy to be partnering with MTV because I have had such an amazing relationship with them and love being a part of the network."

Lindsay was locked up this morning and she will remain in jail until Oct. 22 when she'll go on trial. Has Brad Pitt Undergone Radiesse Injections?
The National Enquirer is reporting that Brad Pitt has undergone filler injections as a way to look younger. According to Celebitchy: The 46-year-old actor has been getting injections of the wrinkle filler Radiesse to make his face look younger and smoother, the Enquirer has learned. And it appears to be having the desired effect. Not only does Brad?s face look brighter and more radiant, Angelina has given her seal of approval.?Brad hasn?t looked this good in years - and Angelina is definitely pleased about his makeover??For months, the actor hid behind a scraggly beard ?because he was so self-conscious about how he was aging.? Dr. Frank Ryan Has Died
Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan died yesterday when his Jeep crashed off the Pacific Coast Highway near Los Angeles. Dr. Ryan is best known for being the plastic surgeon who performed Heidi Montag's 10 plastic surgeries in one day. He was a classic Hollywood plastic surgeon, with patients including Gene Simmons, Vince Neil, and many others. He was also very active in philanthropic pursuits, including the Dr. Frank Ryan Foundation. I've never met Dr. Frank Ryan so cannot comment on his personality. I don't agree with the surgeries he performed on Heidi Montag, but I have always respected him as a fellow plastic surgeon. Video Fix: Paula Cole talks about 'Ithaca'
One of my favorite artists, Paula Cole, is finally back with a new album! Ithaca is her fifth studio release, and this time around she wrote and co-produced all the songs (something she hadn't done since 1999's Amen) I had a chance to listen to it earlier this week and it's really solid (and better than her previous 2007 album Courage) I've been a huge fan since 1994 when I saw her open for Melissa Etheridge (she's amazing live!) and her 1996 album This Fire - is one of my tops - she scored a huge hit with Where Have All The Cowboys Gone plus it garnered her a Grammy Award for 'Best New Artist' back in 1998! Lindsay Lohan Tests Positive for Cocaine!
Whoops looks like Lindsay Lohan took a drug test and failed! The court-mandated drug test in question occurred last week. She tested positive for cocaine. According to the terms of her probation, she will get 30 days if she fails a drug test. Looks like she is headed back to jail.

Dancing with the Stars or Dancing with the Plastic Surgery Patients?
Do the casting directors of the new season of Dancing with the Stars like people who've had plastic surgery? It appears so! Three of the contestants have had obvious plastic surgery, including Florence Henderson (face work), Audrina Partridge (breast implants), and Jennifer Grey (rhinoplasty). Politician Raffles Off a Breast Augmentation to Raise Money!
No, this politician is not in the United States. Gustavo Rojas, who is campaigning to be an alternate in Venezuela's General Assembly is raffling off a boob job at $6 a ticket as a fundraising tool. He claims it's no different than raffling off a TV set.The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) would disagree. This society (which I am a proud member of) has ruled that offering plastic surgery services as part of a promotion or raffle is unethical, since it trivializes the serious nature of plastic surgery and may influence people to undergo surgery they may not want or be a good candidate for. I can see the rationale behind this ethical rule, but don't necessarily agree with it.That being said, there are radio stations which have raffled off free breast augmentations as their "Breast Christmas Ever" promotions using questionable non-ASPS surgeons. Sophia Vergara from Modern Family had some choice words to say about Madonna in a recent interview: When asked about going under the knife, Vergara said, "L. A. is crazy. Getting all dolled up for weekend promotional efforts, Irina Shayk was the picture of beauty while out at Pasarela Cibeles in Madrid, Spain on Sunday (September 19).
In attendance for the Cibeles Fashion Week happenings, the Russian beauty took to the Grey Goose booth to show off the brand's special offering called "Elegance".
With the limited edition "Elegance" bottle debuting at Cannes in May, the new item celebrates Chopard's 150th anniversary with a specially designed bottle stopper and a silver ring engraved on the neck with the Chopard signature.
Coinciding with the limited edition release, a French mixologist named Thierry Hernandez also created a signature Grey Goose cocktail. For those interested in trying it out, the beverage features "a sorbet made of white cranberry juice and ginger, vanilla and elderflower liqueurs floating in a martini glass of Grey Goose vodka."

"Nup / Tuck" - Chelsea Clinton's Pre-Wedding Plastic Surgery?
There's quite a bit of speculation that Chelsea Clinton may have undergone a "Nup / Tuck," aka pre-wedding plastic surgery. She certainly has never looked better. A friend of mine, Dr. Jennifer Walden, has commented to The Examiner that she believes Chelsea underwent a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. After looking at photos, I would agree with her, although it can be difficult to separate what changes may be due to plastic surgery versus natural maturation.In addition, Chelsea's gummy smile appears to be improved, which can be due to a surgical gummy smile repair (where the muscles that elevate the lip are cut) or Botox injections to paralyze these same muscles.Either way, Chelsea looks great, and I hope her big day was a terrific one for her. Robyn: 'I will never release three albums again'
Robyn has admitted that releasing three albums in one year has been a big "gamble".The Swedish chart-topper has already released 'Body Talk Pt 1' and 'Body Talk Pt 2' this year, with a third instalment expected in November or December. The focal point of day two of London Fashion Week, Sienna Miller and sister Savannah presented the Twenty8Twelve Spring/Summer 2011 fashion show in London, England on Saturday (September 18).
The two prepared alongside one another backstage before hitting the catwalk to show off their brand's latest offerings.
Talking with the AP after the gig, an exhausted Savannah told that Jack Kerouac's novel "On the Road" was a major influence, adding, "I just love the colors, it's really nothing more than that."
Meanwhile, Sienna's actor beau Jude Law was front row cheering on his lady, telling of what he dubbed a"successful" runway display, "I don't know how she finds the time to do it, but she spends lots and lots of time designing."

Stewart, Colbert: 'Rally To Restore Sanity' vs. 'March To Keep Fear Alive' (10/30/10 BE THERE)
Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert will march together on Washington.Or against each other in Washington.Either way, expect plenty of Comedy Central fans to show up on October 30 when Stewart's "Rally To Restore Sanity" will meet Colbert's "March To Keep Fear Alive" in the nation's capital.The duo have been hinting at a major announcement for several episodes in a mock response to Glenn Beck's own "Restoring Honor" rally that was held this year on the anniversary of a famous Martin Luther King speech at the same monument. There's no indication that the announced get-together is a joke, though. Beau Bridges - I Want To Get My Hands On His Neck
Yes, I would love to get my hands on Beau Bridges' neck! No, not to strangle him (you sickos!), but to give him a good facelift. He's the type of guy who has such a heavy neck that he'd get a really nice result from a well-done facelift. He'd get some well-hidden scars around his ears and one under his chin, but these are almost never seen, even in men with short hair. An eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) might be nice for him, too. Heidi Montag Wants Her Implants Out!
The drama regarding this silly woman continues on and on. In the recent issue of Life and Style Weekly, Heidi Montag claims that she is looking to South American plastic surgeons to remove her 700 cc Size G breast implants. According to the article:"I'm desperate to go back to normal," she confides to Life & Style. "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D."More than nine months after she went under the knife on Nov. 20, Heidi says she is still in severe pain and her body has not gotten used to the over the top boob job. "I have major anxiety about it. I was taking painkillers but they weren't working so I stopped. It hurt either way,"Besides being unable to hug her four dogs or wear anything but custom-made clothing, "I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these boobs," she says. "It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life." And while Heidi tells Life & Style she is currently shopping for a surgeon in South America, she worries that she'll be trapped in this cartoonish body forever after the untimely passing of her confidant Dr. Ryan. "I feel trapped in my own body," Heidi tells Life & Style."There's just no fixing it," she says. "Dr. Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything." While I am sure Dr. Ryan was a fabulous plastic surgeon, there are thousands of plastic surgeons who can downsize breast implants successfully. Instead of travelling to South America, maybe she should see a plastic surgeon in the States and spend a few bucks on a shrink. Putting in 700cc implants was probably a mistake in the first place. In the past six years I've put implants this size into a small number of people, and none of them had the tiny frame of Heidi Montag. Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi Doesn't Want Anymore Juicehead Boyfriends
The Jersey Shore cast appears on today's episode of the Ellen DeGeneres show, and during their interview, Snooki said that she wants to start going for different guys. Always boasting about wanting a "meathead gorilla juicehead," the tiny and busty breakout star says that she's no longer into the beefy guidos. Who wouldn't switch it up after their boyfriend of two weeks proposes to them on the cover of a magazine, while the other juicehead gorilla ex-boyfriend calls you a whore? Snooki also said that she and her cast mates don't party all the time. "I think no one knows how we really are. We have, like, different sides. Obviously you see us on the show we party, we do this, and we do that. But outside of the show, we're very quiet. I'll go to frickin' Barnes & Nobles, get a coffee and just sit down and read. No one would ever think that. We have different sides to us and people don't see that." The only reading Snooki is doing comes from UsWeekly magazine or the nutrition facts on the back of a bag of potato chips. Fans might also be surprised that Snooki no longer wants to date a "juicehead." Says the pint-sized reality starlet, "I think I want to move forward. I want to move Brooklyn and find a business Italian guy to take care of me." Let's see if Snooki sticks to her word. Also, you can find a business man with muscles. They do exist, Snickers!
